It is not a hospital HIS, a blood bank, or a radiology PACS. Diagnostic centres that also do ultrasound should not buy this for Form F and DICOM. That is a different product, and we will not stretch this one to win that RFP.

The lab is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act. We are the processor. Results are immutable once released; a change is an amendment. Signatory tiers follow the Clinical Establishments rules. Referral commissions are not a feature and will not become one.
