The software on app.atomlims.com is licensed to the laboratory that subscribes. The laboratory remains the clinical establishment and the data fiduciary. Signatories remain personally responsible for the authenticity of a released report.

Atom LIMS records results a person enters and a qualified signatory releases. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or interpretation. Limit flags are the lab’s configuration, not our clinical judgement.

SaaS fees are billed on a GST invoice. There is no card mandate and no Stripe subscription in this product. Onboarding is followed by the plan recorded on the subscription. Suspension is an operator action, not an automatic lock.

You may export your lab’s data at any time. We do not charge a fee to leave. Modules that are off hide screens; they do not delete history.

Indian law governs. These pages are not a substitute for the processor schedule accepted at onboarding.
